Financial Center Manager

Duties

• Supports branch operations and works as a Teller or Financial Service Specialist (Loan Officer)
• Maintains branch budget and ensures timely payment of expenses
• Participates in promotions and marketing efforts to grow members, accounts, deposits, and loans
• Researches and resolves teller errors
• Opens and maintains IRA, Trust & Estate, and Commercial Accounts
• Conducts and writes employee one-on-one meetings, reviews, and corrective actions
• Manages Signature Guarantee and attends community outreach events
• Solves complex member complaints and ensures staff is up-to-date on required regulatory training
• Conducts financial counseling and exercises judgment, initiative, and confidentiality
• Applies critical thinking and decision-making skills, handles stress, and maintains professionalism
• Exercises leadership and motivates staff, demonstrating public relations and teamwork skills

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Bachelor's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or closely related field, or equivalent work experience

Location and Schedule

Location: Yakima, WA
Schedule: Must be able to work 35-40 hours a week (Mon-Fri) between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm, with Saturday rotation required (9am-1pm)

Pay

Salary Range: $70,796.96 - $106,195.65
Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint range, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
