Responsibilities
- Identify ER patients through bedside assessment and interviews who may be eligible for financial and social assistance from community agencies.
- Act as a liaison between the patient and community agencies.
- Clearly document all activities.
Requirements

- Knowledge of regulatory standards appropriate to position.
- Medical terminology uses and understanding.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years Healthcare customer service or Social Services experience.
- Preferred: 1 year Healthcare customer service or Social Services experience with an Associate's Degree.

- Community resource knowledge for unfunded/underfunded patients.

Schedule
Full time, 8:00am - 6:30pm (4 10-hour shifts), Monday through Friday / Every other Saturday.
