About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst supports corporate financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and executive reporting. They partner with Corporate Controllers and cross-functional finance teams to analyze business performance, support strategic initiatives, contribute to M&A analysis, and drive financial insights that influence executive decision-making. This position also offers opportunities to work with AI-driven reporting and finance automation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in public accounting or a combination of public accounting and industry experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience preparing financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Interest or experience in AI tools and finance automation is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare consolidated monthly financial forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Support long-range strategic financial planning initiatives.
  • Analyze key financial drivers, including SG&A, working capital, and accruals.
  • Deliver weekly forecast updates and perform variance analysis.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Partner with Corporate Controllers and cross-functional finance teams.
  • Develop actionable financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
  • Contribute to AI-driven reporting and finance process automation initiatives.
  • Manage multiple financial projects while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
