Financial Analyst - ProHealth Care - Full-Time
About the Role
The Financial Analyst is responsible for completing financial analysis for the organization, creating proformas and assisting with business plans for new projects, engaging in capital and operating budget processes, producing financial reports, and presenting observations in response to requests of organizational leadership. This role supports the Financial Services department by meeting identified organizational needs and goals, and provides support to co-workers, employees, leaders, physicians, and external customers.
While performing these responsibilities, the Financial Analyst will also be assigned a primary area of expertise within the department and is expected to become the knowledge expert on that function. Additional duties include evaluating financial performance, conducting lease-versus-buy assessments, proforma-to-actual reviews, identifying process improvement opportunities, and communicating financial findings through written reports and presentations.
Success in this role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and financial modeling skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete financial analysis for the organization.
- Create proformas and assist with business plans for new projects.
- Engage in capital and operating budget processes.
- Produce financial reports and present observations to leadership.
- Serve as the knowledge expert for a primary assigned function within Financial Services.
- Evaluate financial performance and conduct lease-versus-buy assessments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field (required).
- At least 2 years of financial analysis experience.
- Healthcare experience (preferred).
