Position: Financial Analyst, Regional Practices Location: Lancaster Pa Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week/Fulltime POSITION SUMMARY: The Financial Analyst provides financial planning, reporting, analysis, and operational support for physician practices and ambulatory service lines across Penn Medicine Medical Group (PMMG). This position partners with operational, clinical and finance leadership to analyze financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and drive data-informed decision making. The analyst serves as a key resource in evaluating practice productivity, reimbursement trends, expense management, and strategic growth initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational financial objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Prepare and distribute monthly management reports and dashboards.Analyze data including volume, revenue, operating expenses and productivity metrics to determine patterns and identify opportunities.Support the annual budget development process for assigned departments.Support the preparation of forecasts, including volume, revenue and expense.Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial and operational data used for decision making. Minimum Required Qualifications Req Bachelor's Degree And 2+ years related experience in accounting/financial reporting positions, budget experience and variance analysis. Pref And 1+ years Experience with physician practice financial systems/management, physician billing, and patient accounting strongly preferred. Previous experience using Lawson preferred.
