Finance Analyst - Full-Time

We are seeking an Assistant Controller to oversee financial operations within the Southwest District. This role involves supporting the Finance department by assisting with forecasting, budgeting, labor and inventory controls, analysis, auditing, and operational tasks for assigned units. Key Responsibilities Include Partnering with General Managers and business leaders to identify financial risks and opportunities, making recommendations to improve financial performance.Managing and developing finance team members through training, coaching, and feedback for career growth and succession planning.Overseeing daily and weekly reporting, month-end close, forecasts, CAPEX planning, client deliverables, accounts payable/receivable, cash management, and compliance tasks.Ensuring internal controls and SOX compliance, supporting audits, and maintaining accurate financial records.Supporting month-end close activities, account reconciliations, expense coding, and resolving financial discrepancies.Preparing financial schedules, analysis, and documentation to ensure audit readiness and reporting accuracy. Qualifications Include 0-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or related field.Proficiency in Excel and aptitude for learning new systems.Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments.Strong desire to collaborate with non-finance teams and drive financial results.
