About the role
The Financial Analyst II is responsible for billing milestones on fixed price projects and monthly charges on cost plus or time and material projects. Key duties include:
- Generate fixed price, cost plus or time and material invoices.
- Issue approved invoices with necessary supporting documents to customers via emails or submission portals.
- Generate weekly finance reports for project managers.
- Monitor and remind project managers about overdue milestones and receivables.
- Create work breakdown structures as needed within financial accounting system.
- Review timesheet charges of all employees and subcontractors.
- Complete credit applications.
- Initiate new customer setup including third-party self-check as needed.
- Support financial month end activities.
- Provide monthly headcounts and worked hours report for OSHA reporting.

Requirements
All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:
- A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree, plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
- An advanced degree (MS or MBA) may substitute for 1-2 years of related work experience.
