Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and other financial reports for leadership.
- Build financial presentation slide decks for monthly management reviews, budget meetings with regional leaders, and annual budget reviews.
- Aid in the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Analyze income statement trends and variances from budget and communicate key findings to management teams.
- Partner with operational and accounting teams to understand project-level and business-unit performance.
- Support accounting team in monthly closing process and special projects as needed.
Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3–5 years of financial analysis or related experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP, accounting, or financial reporting systems.
Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis).
- Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferred.
Physical Demands
- Primarily office-based.
- Able to sit at computer for extended periods.
- Able to use standard office equipment (computers, printers, scanners).
- Sit, stand, walk.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
