Financial Analyst II
About the Role
As a Financial Analyst at Anduril Industries, you will be responsible for EAC budgeting and maintenance, income statement and balance sheet forecasting, and internal reporting requirements under the Anduril Frontier Systems Division. You will support multiple contracts in parallel, interact closely with program management, functional stakeholders, and business line leadership, and ensure Anduril delivers on its financial commitments. This role requires a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with program management to develop and maintain ETC forecasts and EAC integrity
- Perform contract profit margin analysis and surveillance
- Prepare income statement and balance sheet forecasting by contract and business line
- Provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reporting to program management and business line leadership
- Review month-end close output to ensure accuracy of revenue and cost reflecting actual contract performance
- Support quarterly business reviews, long-range planning, and management data calls
- Identify potential future issues, implement best practices, and drive process improvements
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis to support finance department and company initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Finance or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proficiency in understanding and communicating financial performance and variance analysis to stakeholders
- Customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance desired
Pay
The salary range for this role is $77,000—$102,000 USD. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
