Financial Analyst (Hybrid Opportunity)

About the role

• Hybrid schedule with work from home Monday and Friday

• Work on large, specialized construction projects with visibility across the full project lifecycle
• Build deeper experience in job costing, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and project controls
• Partner directly with project managers, sales, operations, and accounting
• Make a measurable impact on project profitability, productivity, and financial performance
• Gain exposure to ERP and business intelligence tools, including Sage 100 and Power BI

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, costs, labor, and financial performance
• Perform job costing, cost-benefit analysis, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Analyze project productivity, KPIs, and cost drivers
• Assist with budgeting and cash flow forecasting
• Partner with sales and operations on strategic planning and budgets
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve project profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of Financial Analyst experience
• Financial modeling experience
• Construction/manufacturing, private equity, Sage 100, or Power BI experience preferred

Pay

Base salary: $75,000‑$85,000 plus a 15% KPI‑based bonus.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule with work from home on Monday and Friday.
