Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

Join the FP&A team supporting the Wealth business within the GTO Segment of Broadridge. This individual-contributor position works closely with the finance team and key business leaders to manage, forecast, and deliver financial results aligned with business requirements. The successful candidate will provide advanced financial guidance, validate key assumptions, model outcomes, and present conclusions, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to finance and business executives. High proficiency in Oracle Financials, IBM TM1, and Microsoft Office is required. This highly visible role demands a strong understanding of business drivers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create management reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial results and prepare commentaries for senior management.
• Develop annual Plans, quarterly Forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
• Advise department leadership on revenue and expense management by identifying key performance drivers, problem areas, and providing financial support and measurement of key initiatives.
• Deliver thoughtful and defendable recommendations (e.g., suggested future courses of action, strategies, or policy changes) to achieve desired results and financial targets in a timely manner.
• Proactively identify and drive improvement opportunities for the Finance organization and collaborate with the larger finance team to ensure effective and timely implementation.
• Develop and build strong partnerships with key points of contact.
• Lead projects and initiatives spanning financial and business areas with BU Finance teams, Corporate FP&A, and Financial Reporting.
• Perform ad hoc analyses around pricing renewals and sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of financial analysis experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, TM1, and Anaplan is a plus.
• Self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and quickly changing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and project management.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, demonstrate personal accountability, lead collaboratively, and apply critical thinking in unstructured situations.
• Experience implementing AI initiatives is a plus.

Pay

Salary range: $75,000–$82,000 USD. Bonus eligible.
