Finance Student Assistant

Job Description

The Lastinger Center for Learning is looking for an Office Student Assistant for the finance team. This individual will assist as needed for various projects throughout the center.

• Contract related administrative tasks
• Business administration
• Finance related tasks
• Fields phone calls, takes messages, and directs them to the appropriate person
• Greet and acknowledge all students, staff, faculty, and visitors
• Maintain an orderly and clean facility
• Maintain and update directories as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Assist as needed for various projects throughout the center.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work in the Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 terms.
• Strong communication skills
• Customer Service experience
• Attention to detail
• Time Management Skills

Pay

$15.00/hour
