About the role
The Lastinger Center for Learning is seeking an Office Student Assistant for the finance team.
Responsibilities
- Contract related administrative tasks
- Business administration
- Finance related tasks
- Fields phone calls, takes messages, and directs them to the appropriate person
- Greet and acknowledge all students, staff, faculty, and visitors
- Maintain an orderly and clean facility
- Maintain and update directories as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Assist as needed for various projects throughout the center
Requirements
- Must be available to work in the Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 terms
Preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Customer Service experience
- Attention to detail
- Time Management Skills
