Responsibilities
- writing checks and processing fund requests for individuals served and their interdisciplinary teams
- maintaining clear and consistent communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- managing receipts, reconciliations, and fund tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance
- providing excellent customer service
- balancing checkbooks, file management, and supporting other financial and administrative functions as needed
Requirements
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Thorough knowledge of cash and banking reconciliation
- Experience working on time-sensitive projects
- Experience working with confidential records
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and six (6) months experience in bookkeeping, office administration, auditing, accounting, and/or finance
- Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling six (6) months may substitute for the required experience
Benefits
Benefits are commensurate with experience.
Pay
Hourly: $18.15 - $27.23
Annual: $37,752 - $56,628

Employment Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License
- Must possess and maintain a current Defensive Driving Course Certificate from the State of New Mexico or must pass and receive a Defensive Driving Course Certificate as a condition of continued employment within 45 days of employment
- Successful completion of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
