Finance Specialist

Hybrid position based in Westbrook, ME: 2 days on-site (Wednesday mandatory) and 3 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement pricing into SAP, ensuring the commercial offering is accurately reflected and controlled.
• Input data into accounts, systems, and databases following established guidelines.
• Audit, validate, and reconcile data for accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, making corrections as needed.
• Perform regular reconciliations and data analysis to support pricing and billing functions.
• Generate and maintain reports related to pricing, billing, and collections.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pricing and billing processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP and billing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.

Schedule
