About the role
Cunningham Security is a trusted provider of customized commercial and residential security solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer billing questions and resolve account concerns professionally
- Process and post incoming customer payments
- Verify remittance information and payment documentation
- Process accounts payable invoices and expense transactions
- Reconcile purchase orders and maintain accurate parts records
- Update and maintain customer accounts within our CRM system
- Auxiliary administrative and financial tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and positive attitude when handling challenging situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to quickly learn new software and CRM systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus
Benefits
- Pay: $20-$25 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
