About the role
We are looking for talented people with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about the energy transition to join our 3-year rotational program that include Financial Planning & Analysis roles in supporting our Businesses in Renewables, Exploration & Production, Refining & Chemicals and more. What the program offers
Over the course of three years, you'll rotate across key business areas, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of how we operate globally. Qualifications
- Recent or soon to be graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Eagerness to widen your knowledge during a 3-year journey
- Demonstratable a good team spirit
- Forward-thinking and performance driven person with excellent interpersonal skills showing assertiveness, confidence and resilience and you have the ability to operate autonomously
