Responsibilities
- Lead programs and projects from start to finish, defining scope and outcomes
- Create detailed project charters and work plans with clear milestones
- Monitor task status to identify delivery roadblocks
- Manage risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate alignment among business, product, and engineering teams
- Serve as a thought partner, helping to shape approaches and drive decisions
- Deliver clear executive communications on program status
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project or program management experience with complex systems
- 3+ years focused on finance and accounting processes in a global setting
- Bachelor's degree (business or finance preferred)
- PMP certification preferred
- Familiarity with modern PMO tools (Smartsheet, Coda, Airtable, etc.)
- CPA or professional finance accreditation is a plus
