Finance & Office Administrator (Maternity Cover)

About the role

The Finance & Office Administrator will provide support to the Finance Manager, handle day-to-day financial administration, coordinate office systems and supplies, liaise with contractors and IT providers, and ensure that staff and volunteers have everything they need to deliver life-changing services to survivors of sexual violence.

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
  • Confident handling financial administration and maintaining accurate records
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • Communicates sensitively and professionally with people accessing our services
  • Works well independently while also being a supportive team member
  • Previous experience of Xero or similar finance software would be an advantage but training will be provided

Qualifications

No formal qualifications required, but relevant experience is essential.

£29,064 pro rata (FTE)
