Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow our Finance Department.
• Involvement in the deal making process and the structuring of deals.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal laws.
• Oversee the submission and completion of all financing documents in securing approvals and funding.
• Maximize back-end profit on every deal.
• Conduct risk analysis and risk management activities to identify potential financial vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead a high-performing finance team through strategic management practices, fostering professional development and ensuring operational excellence in financial management.
• Works directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and to assist bridge disconnects in the sales process.
• Builds rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer networks, present finance and product options to customers.
• Maintains monthly objectives.
• Works with service advisors to address customer inquiries with regards to warranty questions and service-related contracts.
• Trains and provides the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.
• Leads by example and Promotes excellent Key Performance Indicators (KPI)/ Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
