About the role

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in the Operations Finance End to End North America team, focusing on cost reduction and business improvement through partnerships with teams across Operations and Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and manage quantitative data to create meaningful reports for business improvement and cost reductions
  • Perform root cause analysis using data to uncover core issues and provide actionable insights
  • Create and implement policies and programs to guide the organization towards maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability
  • Develop and maintain financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decisions
  • Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure accuracy, automation, and timeliness of key decision data
  • Deliver forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and interpret results to drive business insights

Requirements

  • Expertise in collecting, analyzing, and managing quantitative data
  • Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable or Account Payable
  • Experience in applying KPIs to analyses and creating financial and operational reports
  • Experience in process improvements with automation and analysis
  • Experience in continuous improvement projects with measurable results
  • Ability to solve complex business challenges with accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or business, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field
  • 6+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Account Payable
  • 6+ years of experience in applying KPIs to analyses
  • 6+ years of experience in creating financial and operational reports/data sets
  • 6+ years of experience in process improvements with automation and analysis
  • 6+ years of experience in continuous improvement projects with measurable results

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, look ups)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguous situations
