Finance Manager (DCR)

About the role

The Manager of Finance will oversee financial modeling processes for hospital contracts and support the team's financial planning and analysis functions. Based in Denver, CO, this role involves continuous improvement of financial models, compliance oversight, and collaboration with field leaders.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of pro forma pricing models for hospital contracts, driving continuous improvement
• Financial modeling for national hospital system negotiations
• Collaboration with field leaders to review and approve local pricing proposals
• Overseeing compliance-related projects related to the financial health of hospital accounts
• Preparing detailed analyses of Hospital Services financial results
• Assisting with the annual budgeting process
• Maintaining and enhancing reporting capabilities
• Providing detailed analyses of key operational data
• Supporting strategy-related projects
• Managing one or more teammates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative disciplines preferred
• 4+ years in finance, consulting, or relevant business analytics role
• Extensive experience with financial modeling and large, complex Excel files
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills for presenting recommendations
• Experience with Oracle Essbase/SmartView, Anaplan, Microsoft SQL, and Tableau a plus

Benefits
