Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Review complex commercial opportunities and provide financial guidance that supports sound business decisions
• Shape pricing, contract, and deal terms by balancing revenue goals, risk considerations, and operational feasibility
• Partner with sales, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage nonstandard requests and bring structure to urgent priorities
• Support quote-to-cash activities, including work related to CPQ processes, pricing accuracy, and deal approvals
• Create clear financial analyses and models to assess profitability, investment value, and transaction outcomes
• Maintain reliable execution in environments that rely on manual workflows while helping identify opportunities for greater efficiency
• Create reporting and decision-support materials that help leadership understand pipeline trends, deal performance, and key financial impacts

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in finance, commercial finance, deal desk, or a closely related business partnering role
• Strong background in commercial deal support, including pricing strategy, contract review, and deal structuring
• Experience working with CPQ tools and quote-to-cash processes in a business-facing environment
• Proven ability to operate effectively in early-stage startup or high-growth settings with changing priorities
• Comfortable managing detailed financial work in processes that include manual steps and limited structure
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle ambiguity
• Able to evaluate nonstandard requests thoughtfully and recommend practical, financially sound solutions

Qualifications

The pay is expected to be between $50-$65/hr. DOE and work location (100% remote).
