Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Direct the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings or expenses, that summarize and forecast the organizations financial position.
• Prepare special reports required by regulatory authorities.
• Direct the organizations budgets to meet its financial goals.
• Oversee planning and reporting functions
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide insights and analysis of variance to their plan/forecasts
• Oversee the month end close and reporting

• Strong knowledge of economic and accounting principles, SOX controls, policies, and reporting of financial data

• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required
• An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred
• 8-10 years financial and/or accounting experience required
