Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business objectives.
• Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models incorporating extensive data analysis.
• Partner with various departments to understand their data needs and solve capital allocation problems using analytical methods.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial and data analytics reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes through data analytics and automation.

Requirements

• Education: Agnostic. A track record as a proactive self-learner is more important.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles, with a balanced background in FP&A, strategic finance within the manufacturing industry.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex financial and data concepts clearly.
• Bonus Qualifications: Experience working in Deeptech e.g. AI.

Pay

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $200,000 - $260,000 annually. The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role.
