Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance & Insurance (F&I) within automotive sales.
• Proven ability to structure sub‑prime deals and negotiate with lenders.
• Experience submitting deals to lenders, re‑hashing terms, and securing financing for customers.
• Strong relationships with lenders and ability to maintain them.
• Knowledge of newer Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram models.

Responsibilities

• Structure sub‑prime financing deals for customers.
• Submit financing applications to lenders and negotiate terms.
• Re‑hash deals with lenders as needed to obtain approval.
• Secure financing and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and turned in daily to office staff.
• Present and sell financing products to customers, maximizing dealership profit while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Monitor credit‑in‑process (CIT) status to avoid funding issues.
• Collaborate with sales managers and their teams to ensure a smooth, efficient sales process.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with lenders.
• Oversee all financial aspects of vehicle sales, including compliance and documentation.
