About the role
As a Finance & Insurance Consultant at Bobby Rahal Acura and Bobby Rahal Outlet, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and managing insurance claims for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in navigating insurance policies and claims processes
- Handle inquiries related to insurance coverage and policy details
- Manage and update customer records in the CRM system
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies to resolve claims
- Provide support during sales transactions to ensure smooth customer experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or insurance-related role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
