Finance Graduate Development Program Analyst

Job Purpose

The Finance Graduate Development Program Analyst is responsible for various rotational tasks, process documentation, process improvement, participation in the AI Finance Working Group, leadership development programs, annual physical count assistance, ad hoc projects, and other assigned tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Variety of Rotational Tasks as Assigned
• Process Documentation
• Process Improvement
• Participation in the AI Finance Working Group
• Participation in Leadership Development Programs & Other Skill Development Programs
• Annual Physical Count Assistance
• Ad Hoc Projects & Tasks
• Other Tasks as Assigned

Travel Required

Minimal: Annual Physical Count & potential Site Visits

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
• Desire to pursue higher education, CPA or other certifications

Other Skills

• Microsoft Suite including Excel, Powerpoint, & Word
• Large Language Model (i.e. Chat GPT/Co Pilot) and AI tool experience a plus
• Ability to present findings and data to different audiences up to the Executive level
