About the role

The Financial Development Program (FDP) is a three-year initiative designed for recent college graduates. It offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance and accounting, focusing on personal development, technical skill building, mentorship, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Assigned a peer and professional mentor to guide through Ocean Spray’s corporate culture, values, and FDP goals.
• Engage in formal training and on-the-job experiences to develop financial, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Assist in challenging assignments that promote quick adaptation and value addition to each position.
• Present contributions to executive leadership and showcase professional development and organizational contributions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with the degree expected to be completed before the program start date.
• A minimum GPA of 3.0.
• A minimum of one relevant internship and/or co-op experience is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience.
