Financial Analyst

Key ResponsibilitiesEnhance and manage the monthly forecasting process by implementing technological improvements, validating key inputs, and maintaining communication with business partners.Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.Assist in the annual budgeting and long-term planning processes.Conduct ad-hoc analyses related to Resort Servicing Segments as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.Ability to manage multiple projects independently.Strong strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills in both solo and team settings.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.Experience in forecasting and budgeting processes.Advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis and report creation, with a proven track record of using complex functions to optimize processes.Experience in the Hospitality and Vacation Ownership industry is advantageous.Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Essbase is a plus.3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
