About the role
The Program Finance Analyst will be responsible for managing financial aspects of various programs within General Atomics and affiliated companies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support program planning and decision-making
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for program managers and stakeholders
- Monitor and manage program budgets, ensuring compliance with funding sources and requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost estimates and financial forecasts
- Support financial analysis and reporting for program performance evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Proficiency in financial modeling software such as Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred
- Knowledge of federal contracting regulations and policies
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills including VBA
- Experience with financial management systems
- Understanding of project management methodologies
