Finance - Fleet Services: Intermediate
Job Description
We are seeking a Fleet Specialty Administrator to provide administrative and operational support. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for customer and internal inquiries, manage departmental communications, and coordinate vehicle citation and toll administration. The position is responsible for ensuring timely communication, accurate record-keeping, and efficient support of daily business operations.
- Serve as a primary contact for inbound customer and internal inquiries.
- Manage departmental phone lines.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Cookier/toll administration.
- Ensure timely handling of all communications.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Support daily business operations for the Fleet Services and Lease Maturities departments.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma.
Experience: 2-4 years of overall work experience, including 2+ years in customer service, 1+ years in collections, 1+ years in compliance, and 1+ years in remarketing.
- Proficiency in Word.
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS degree is preferred.
