About the role

The Commercial Finance and Pricing Director, reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, Americas, will manage the new business commercial process, including implementing strategic, competitive pricing methodologies. They will also manage pricing strategy for existing clients, analyze revenue risks/opportunities and profitability, manage the financial health of the portfolio, and assist in the preparation of rate cards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the new business commercial process, including implementing strategic, competitive pricing methodologies.
  • Manage pricing strategy for existing clients, balancing revenue and profit results with long-term potential.
  • Manage the financial health of the portfolio, analyzing revenue risks/opportunities and profitability.
  • Manage the collection and presentation of data for client required reporting.
  • Play an integral part in MSA/SOW/Contract review, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Manage client communications, including with brand marketing managers and procurement.
  • Assist in the preparation of rate cards.
  • Maintain oversight of new business pipeline activity, to help drive financial strategy and forecasting analyses.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Agency experience required.
  • Must have experience in developing cross-functional relationships with non-finance stakeholders.
  • Foresight experience.
  • Experience in aligning different perspectives and inputs to generate concise cost proposals and outputs.
  • Direct client negotiation experience.
  • Experience in development of MSA's and familiarity with legal terms.
  • Experience in generating pricing that incorporates AI tools/software is a plus.
  • At least 3 years in people management.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.

Pay

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $100,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
