Finance Director, North America

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across a multi-site manufacturing network.
• Partner closely with operations, supply chain, commercial leadership, and executive stakeholders to drive business performance.
• Deliver meaningful financial insights that influence strategic decision-making and operational execution.
• Champion working capital optimization, free cash flow improvement, and financial discipline across the region.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of controllers, managers, and analysts.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across diverse systems and business structures.

What We’re Looking For

• A leader who combines strong manufacturing finance expertise with exceptional business partnership skills.
• Deep experience in manufacturing and standard-cost environments.
• Proven success leading multi-site or regional finance organizations.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to influence across functions and lead through complexity.
• Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
• Experience with ERP environments such as SAP or Oracle, FP&A platforms, and transformational business initiatives is highly valued.

Pay

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $175,000 plus bonus. Final compensation may be higher and will be commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall value they bring to the organization.
