What You'll Do
- Present and secure vehicle financing and lease options for customers.
- Offer and explain protection products, extended service contracts, GAP coverage, and other F&I products.
- Work with multiple lending institutions to obtain approvals and competitive financing terms.
- Structure, process, and fund deals accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, lender, and manufacturer regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners.
- Train and support the sales team on finance programs and dealership offerings.
- Deliver a transparent, professional, and luxury-level customer experience from delivery through funding.
- Previous automotive F&I experience required; luxury brand experience preferred.
- Proven track record of finance product sales and profitability.
- Strong understanding of automotive lending, leasing, compliance, and dealership processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with dealership management and F&I software systems.
- Menu selling expertise.
- Credit analysis and deal structuring.
- Knowledge of lender programs and funding processes.
- Strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) focus.
