Mandela Partners is a non-profit organization based in Oakland, CA that works in partnership with local residents, family farmers, and community-based businesses to improve health, create wealth, and build assets through local food enterprises in limited-resource communities.

The Finance Director leads Mandela Partners’ financial strategy, stewardship, and systems to support a growing community-based food enterprise in Oakland. This senior leadership role oversees budgeting, accounting, grants management, compliance, investment strategy, and financial planning, ensuring strong and transparent fiscal practices.

The Finance Director partners closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to guide strategic decisions, strengthen organizational infrastructure, and align financial systems with mission and equity. This role is ideal for a collaborative financial leader committed to building sustainable, community-centered organizations.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $115,000.00 - $125,000.00
