Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary finance partner to Global Service & Repair leadership, translating business strategy into financial priorities that drive growth, profitability, investment returns, and effective resource allocation.
- Lead the transformation of Global Service & Repair Finance by standardizing processes, simplifying ways of working, and expanding the use of automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence across regions.
- Lead planning, forecasting, and performance reviews while improving financial predictability and providing executive-ready insights into results, risks, opportunities, and required actions.
- Partner with commercial and operational leaders to improve revenue, margin, pricing, cost-to-serve, warranty performance, and overall business profitability.
- Strengthen data quality, financial reporting, governance, and controls by establishing consistent definitions, reporting structures, and trusted sources of information.
- Influence and align stakeholders across the global matrix.
- Build and lead a high performing global finance team with strong business partnership, analytical, transformation, and execution capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, FP&A, commercial finance, operations finance, or business leadership experience (or advanced degree with 8+ years)
- 7+ years of managerial experience
