Finance Coordinator - Southwest District - Phoenix

Wahweap is located in northern Arizona on the Utah state border and is home to Lake Powell Resorts & Marinas, which operates year-round. The location features the largest marina on Lake Powell, boat rental operations, marina services for personal boats, a 350-guest room lodge, campground, several restaurants and gift shops, and boat tour offerings.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for payment in the accounts payable department.
• Match Purchase Orders (PO) or Purchase Vouchers (PV) to invoices, verifying that amounts charged match the PO or PV.
• Ensure all items have been received before processing payment.
• Code invoices accurately based on the PO or PV.
• Prepare Price Variance Forms when needed.
• Input invoices into the payable system.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Research payments as needed.
• Input TJV data into the TJV system.
• File documents and assist with the monthly closing of records.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment or invoice issues.
• Coordinate with other Aramark components.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Some accounting experience.
• Computer and 10-key calculator proficiency.
• Customer service skills.
• Phone communication skills.
• Understanding and alignment with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. It may also require wearing uniforms and/or using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
