Finance Business Operations Mgr

Responsibilities

Drive business results for a major program or portfolio of programs by integrating data from various teams including program finance, master planning, estimating, contracts, engineering, supply chain and other functions.

Manage short and long-range financial and program performance internally and externally. Internal financial management includes contract orders, sales, profit, cash, capital expenditures and overhead costs. External management involves earned value management, program budget baselines and program performance reporting including estimates at completion.

Assess issues, risks and opportunities that affect business portfolio/program performance and help develop associated action plans in coordination with program management.

Interface and partner with external customers and internal stakeholders. Support new business pursuits in development of executable and competitive proposals.

Play a key role in strategic business case development and analysis to support financial and operational decisions such as business integrations, enterprise investments, financial system/application strategies and other critical activities.

Manage a team of finance professionals and coordinate employee recruitment, talent development, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies and deliverables or other cost tools
• Experience in collaborating across all business functions, including contracts, estimating, planning, and subcontract management, etc.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in complex and dynamic environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with the program stakeholders

Desired Skills

• Current TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
• Experience with COBRA financial tool
• Experienced leader

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $123,400.00 - $229,200.00
