What You’ll Do
- Partner with Account Teams in North America (NA) Region to track and drive Installed Base (IB) performance metrics
- Architect effective improvement to business processes to drive (a) clarity on IB performance for executives and (b) velocity for improvements for Customer Trust and Profitability
- Develop executive dashboards for IB performance proactive monitoring and control
- Conduct regular reviews of IB Performance Management and enable effective escalations to respective Account Teams if not meeting
- Understand key business drivers impacting IB performance metrics and provide actionable insights for management
- Develop and deliver effective presentations to leadership teams and key stakeholders
- Responsible for delivery of proactive monitoring and control systems for IB performance
- Responsible for meeting IB Performance Deliverables for NA region and if at risk, manage effective escalations to the respective Account Teams
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience with Business Operations or Program Management with strong track record of delivering step function improvements in operational performance
- Preferred Qualifications: Semiconductor industry experience with product/hardware including design, product/program management, manufacturing or installed base
