Responsibilities
- Partner with senior functional leaders to support business performance, operational planning, metrics management, and informed decision-making.
- Provide data-driven insights, coordinate business processes, prepare leadership communications, and enable effective execution of functional priorities.
- Work closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams, and collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Environmental Health and Safety, and other site functions to improve performance visibility, organizational alignment, and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor business performance, operational priorities, and organizational objectives; develop, maintain, and communicate key performance indicators, scorecards, dashboards, and other performance measures.
