About the role
Fluor is a leading government contractor with a strong focus on innovation and collaboration. This role involves performing financial, operational, and IT audits ranging from routine to complex, recommending improvements to the audit program, and interfacing with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial, operational, and IT audits from routine to complex in nature
- Recommend revisions and/or expansion to audit program as necessary to ensure adequate coverage of audit areas
- Develop and maintain familiarity with company policies and procedures, knowledge of current audit developments, and a general awareness of areas affecting the company's business
- Interface with other groups inside and outside the organization, project management, finance personnel, and auditors
- Complete sections of routine areas
- Work within complex audit areas as directed
- Review the reliability and integrity of financial and operational information and the means used to identify, measure, classify, and report such information
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must have an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Clearance
Qualifications
- Accredited four (4) year bachelor's degree or global equivalent in accounting, business, finance, computer science, or information management
- Two (2) years of work-related experience or fewer years of work-related experience may be acceptable if candidate has public accounting experience
