About the role

Responsibilities

• Representing lenders, including drafting and negotiating syndicated and bilateral credit agreements and related documents, including legal opinions, for all asset classes.
• Substantial experience in representing lenders, including drafting and negotiating syndicated and bilateral credit agreements and related documents, including legal opinions, for all asset classes.
• Diligent, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented approach.
• Strong academic background with superior drafting skills and knowledge of secured lending transactions.
• Willingness to take on significant responsibility for deal management and client interaction.

Requirements

• Admitted to the New York Bar.

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $250,000 - $300,000 per year. Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job-related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.

Schedule
