• Draft and negotiate syndicated and bilateral credit agreements and related documents, including legal opinions, for all asset classes.
• Represent lenders in various industries across the country.
• Show substantial experience in secured lending transactions.
• Be diligent, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented.
• Possess a strong academic background with superior drafting skills.
• Willing to take on significant responsibility for deal management and client interaction.

Requirements

• Admitted to the New York Bar.

• 4 - 5 years of finance background.

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $250,000 - $300,000 per year. Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job-related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.
