Finance and Systems Coordinator

What You’ll Do

• Oversight of the end-to-end financial lifecycle of cases, from costing and invoicing through to reconciliation and query resolution
• Management of complex and bespoke billing processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with agreed terms and protocols
• Maintenance and development of finance and operational systems, including databases, SharePoint, Xero and other digital platforms
• Closely working with clinicians to ensure clinical activity is accurately reflected within billing records
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial, operational and systems-related issues while driving process improvements
• Development of positive working relationships with case managers, solicitors, insurers and clinical colleagues to support efficient financial processes

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience in finance administration, bookkeeping or operational finance
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to manage complex financial information
• Experience using Xero or a similar accounting software package
• Strong IT literacy with confidence using databases, spreadsheets and cloud-based systems
• Ability to handle sensitive financial and operational information with discretion and confidentiality
