Finance Coordinator

Maintain Customer Information

Maintains customer information within specified systems. Facilitates all necessary billing payments and financial processing functions.

Create and Update Databases

• Create and update profile records and databases in specified systems, which includes maintenance of such records within these systems.
• Create and update databases to include electronic uploading through EDI software.
• Create invoices and checks for customers.
• Create and update profile records, part-time in specified systems.

Audit and Resolve Issues

• Audits, researches and determines proper handling of duty rejects and duplicate billing.
• Makes informed decisions on refunding clients, additional billing, or further action required by the regulatory department.

Communicate with Regulatory Departments

• Completes standard forms to advise regulatory on payment and outstanding duty invoices.

Customer Interaction and Support

• Works with finance department on various billing and account reconciliation issues.
• Reviews various reports to avoid late entries and ensure timely billing.
• Works directly with FXE on account-specific issues.
• Works closely with other internal staff, departments, and customers directly to deliver high-level service to customers.

Skills and Qualifications

• KSA: HS Diploma or GED required. 3 years of business or customer service experience preferred.
• Required: MS Office, Outlook, Office equipment (phone, fax, photocopier, printer, scanner).
• Interacts with customers, internal staff/departments, and management of all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Organizational skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Handles high volume of work and time-sensitive work.
• Detail-oriented.
• Performs other or additional duties as assigned.

Paid Training

• Paid training provided.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Outlook & Previous office experience.

Compensation

$16.85 - $23.60 USD per hour. Pay transparency is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (Hybrid). Must live within 50 miles from location.
