Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders according to established processes and budgets.
- Process, review, and track vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, documentation, and follow-up communications.
- Cook up with the Facilities Management team to support ongoing projects, maintenance activities, and operational needs.
- Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and purchase order documentation.
- Aid with reporting, reconciliation, and tracking of facility-related expenditures.
- Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company financial procedures and policies.
Requirements
- Experience in a financial coordinator, accounting support, or facilities-related role.
- Proficiency with purchase orders, invoice processing, and vendor management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial administration.
- Experience supporting facilities, property management, or operations teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Smartsheet, and reconciliation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a financial coordinator or similar role.
- Familiarity with Coupa/myBuy.
