Responsibilities
- Helping customers arrange financing for their purchases
- Presenting additional products that enhance the vehicle and ownership experience
- Structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
- Maintaining proficiency and certifications as required for the position
- Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals
- Ensuring all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Preparing paperwork, contracts, and delivering deals
- Accurately auditing team deals post-sale
- Ensuring the expeditious funding of all contracts
Requirements
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen
- Ability to acquire a sales license
