Finance and Insurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Helping customers arrange financing for their purchases and offering additional products.
• Structuring deals for maximum profitability and collecting customer data.
• Maintaining knowledge of title laws and registration processes.
• Ensuring proficiency and certifications are up-to-date for the position.
• Accurately desk deals, submit them to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensuring all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Preparing paperwork, contracts, and delivering deals to customers.
• Auditing team deals post-sale to ensure accuracy.
• Expediting the funding of all contracts.

Qualifications

• A college degree preferred or equivalent experience in finance and insurance.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CDK software.
