Requirements

• Experienced in automotive F&I.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑production environment.
• Extremely knowledgeable about finance, products, and the automotive industry.
• Coachable and willing to continuously improve.
• Take pride in appearance and professionalism.
• Team player who understands that individual success and team success go hand‑in‑hand.
